Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Manager on Duty. The Manager on Duty will oversee daily hospital operations, ensure patient and staff safety, address any operational issues promptly, and liaise between departments to maintain streamlined operations. The role includes monitoring compliance with hospital policies, coordinating with medical and administrative staff, and responding to patient inquiries and concerns.

• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Knowledge of hospital operations and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies & Night duties
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in healthcare management are a plus
