Duty Manager

As a Duty Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk. Your primary focus will be ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff effectively, and handling any emergencies that may arise. You will serve as a point of contact for guests, addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring they have a positive experience during their stay. Your role is crucial in maintaining the hotel's standards to enhance reviews and rating management.
