Key Responsibilities:Operations Management

• Oversee daily mall operations during the shift
• Ensure all shops open and close on time
• Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and security activities
• Handle emergency situations and report incidents

Customer Service

• Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally
• Ensure a pleasant and safe shopping environment
• Assist customers during emergencies or lost & found cases

Staff Supervision

• Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
• Ensure staff attendance and discipline
• Assign duties and monitor performance

Safety & Security

• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and mall policies
• Coordinate with security during emergencies (fire, medical, evacuation)
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain shift reports and incident logs
• Report operational issues to the Mall Manager
• Keep records of customer complaints and resolutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in facility/operations management
• 2–5 years experience in mall, hotel, or facility operations (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly
• Basic knowledge of safety, security, and maintenance systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
