A Duty Engineer oversees the operation and maintenance of technical systems in a facility
Responsibilities include troubleshooting and swift response to any mechanical or electrical issues.
Preventive maintenance ( 52 week PPM calendar) and ensure report closure Attend breakdown calls both electrical and mechanical Team shift schedule and deployment plan - report send to client
Manpower shortage follow with service provider and ensure 100% manpower as per agreement Attend daily brieng and address ground level team issues Make the base BOQ and follow procurement team for any spares or service- related activities.
Should have enough experience in property management Ensure client complaints attend and close on time Ensure AMC services on time Ensure AMC observation or recommendation points closure with proper approval
Ensure availability of critical spares in facility to avoid minimum break down time both electrical and mechanical
Ensure scheduled training on time both inhouse and OEM's Share DMR and monthly report.
