Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Location : PAN India Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Policy Developer/Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Duck Creek Policy configuration and have hands-on experience with both Express 2 and Express 3 platforms. This role involves working on complex insurance solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Duck Creek Policy configurations. Design, configure, and implement solutions using Duck Creek Author for modules such as Rating, Forms, Pages, Transact, Integration, and Rules. Work with both Express 2 and Express 3 platforms (Express 3 preferred). Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support QA efforts. Utilize DC Native and Anywhere APIs effectively. Leverage DC Util, Trace, and other debugging tools for issue resolution. Provide production support and troubleshoot performance or functionality issues. Maintain and create technical documentation and user guides. Stay up to date with emerging Duck Creek technologies and best practices. Required Skills Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy configuration. Proficiency in Duck Creek Author and policy modules (Rating, Forms, Pages, Transact, Integration, Rules). Strong knowledge of Express 3 (knowledge of both Express 2 and 3 is a plus). Familiarity with XSLT, SQL queries, and Duck Creek database structures. Experience working with DC Native and Anywhere APIs. Proficient with debugging tools such as DC Util and Trace. Nice To Have Experience with JavaScript, DCOD, and Policy Active Delivery. Exposure to Duck Creek modules such as Billing, Insight, and Claims. Insurance domain knowledge, especially in Property & Casualty (P&C) lines. Industry certifications (e.g., DC Policy, DCOD, Insurance Certifications). Experience in providing Production Support. Other Competencies Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working in an onsite-offshore model. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Show more Show less
