DT Support

Role Overview: As a DT Support at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India, you will be working as level 1/2 support and serve as an escalation point for technical and product issues within the team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the production environment, resolving support issues using your technical expertise, and proactively preventing performance issues or application crashes. You will also handle ITIL Methodologies like Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Management, as well as monitor batch processes and ensure reports are generated and delivered to clients within defined SLAs. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with Infrastructure teams for server patching and upgrades, ensuring application stability post-infra work, and managing PROD deployment and validation. Key Responsibilities: - Work as level 1/2 support and escalate technical and product issues within the team - Monitor the production environment and prevent performance issues or application crashes - Resolve support issues using technical expertise and explore out-of-the-box solutions - Handle ITIL Methodologies like Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Management - Monitor batch processes, generate reports, and ensure timely delivery to clients - Perform problem management for recurrent incidents and escalate to the next level when necessary - Coordinate with Infrastructure teams for server patching and upgrades - Manage PROD deployment and validation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Strong technical expertise in handling support issues - Familiarity with ITIL Methodologies like Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Management - Proficiency in monitoring production environments and batch processes - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to work flexibly and think creatively to find solutions (Additional details of the company omitted as per the instructions),
