Hiring: Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer

📍 Location: Coimbatore / Trichy (On-site)

🕒 Duration: 3 Months (Contract-based)

Role Overview

DSA Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured classroom training on core DSA topics
• Design a comprehensive course plan, assignments, and assessments
• Provide real-time coding demonstrations using platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.
• Guide learners through problem-solving techniques, time/space complexity, and optimization
• Track learner progress and provide individual feedback
• Conduct mock interviews and coding challenges
• Help prepare students for campus or off-campus tech interviews

Core Topics to be Covered

• Time and Space Complexity Analysis
• Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists
• Stacks, Queues, Hashing
• Trees and Binary Trees
• Recursion and Backtracking
• Sorting and Searching Algorithms
• Dynamic Programming Basics
• Graphs (Intro level - BFS, DFS)
• Problem-solving patterns (Two pointers, Sliding Window, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/IT or related fields (preferred)
• 2+ years of teaching or training experience in DSA
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (C++, Java, or Python)
• Hands-on experience with online coding platforms
• Prior experience in mentoring for tech interviews (preferred)

• Duration:

  3 Months (Renewable upon performance)

• Mode:

  Offline (in-person classes)

• Location:

  Coimbatore or Trichy (candidate must be able to relocate or be local)

• Compensation:

  Competitive, based on experience
