Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. The DSA will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers, providing product information, handling inquiries, and meeting sales targets. The DSA will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities and preparing periodic reports as required by the management.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Knowledge in sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition
Proactive approach to problem-solving and a target-oriented mindset
Organizational and time management abilities
Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is an added advantage
