Job Description

As a Partner Network Expansion Manager at indiagold, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by strategically identifying, mapping, and prioritizing cities and markets where the company operates. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategically onboarding DSAs and channel partners across key PIN codes and customer catchment areas to drive business growth. - Ensuring a high contribution from active partners to meet monthly revenue targets. - Implementing performance tracking and support mechanisms to enhance partner productivity and reduce churn. - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key partners through regular engagement, structured review meetings, training, and communication. - Developing compelling partner commercial models and incentive structures aligned with indiagold's Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) targets for scalable and sustainable growth. - Leading and managing the field sales team to drive partner sign-ups and business volumes, optimizing deployment of existing resources or recruiting and training new talent to meet expansion goals. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 8-12 years of relevant experience in high-growth consumer lending, fintech, or sales-intensive organizations. - Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in direct B2C sales execution. - Proven capability in setting up and scaling channel networks and DSA ecosystems. - Strong business acumen and a solution-driven mindset with the ability to execute growth strategies in unstructured markets. - Proficiency in data interpretation, performance metrics, funnel analysis, and sales forecasting tools. - Experience in hiring, developing, and motivating large-scale field sales teams in dynamic and target-driven environments. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
