This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in food safety and quality control, especially in handling fresh fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

– Implement and monitor HACCP protocols across procurement and handling stages– Conduct quality checks for incoming and outgoing produce– Assist in defect grading and analysis of fresh and leafy vegetables– Maintain audit-ready documentation for FSSAI and export compliance– Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure food safety standards

🎓 Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Agriculture, or related field– Basic understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations– Familiarity with fresh produce handling and grading protocols– Strong documentation and observation skills
