Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Drone as a Service Manager based in Gurugram. The Drone as a Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of drone services, including deployment, maintenance, and compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves managing a team of drone operators, ensuring timely and safe execution of drone services, and liaising with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized drone solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing drone operations, including deployment and maintenance
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance related to drone usage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in project management and operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
• Relevant certification or training in drone operation is a plus
