Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Driver Trainer/Driver Trainer Assessor. The responsibilities include training new drivers, assessing driver performance, providing feedback, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The Trainer will engage with drivers to enhance their skills and improve overall performance, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
• Strong Communication and Community Engagement skills
• Experience in Community Management
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation safety regulations
• Ability to develop and deliver training materials effectively
• Proven track record in training and assessing driver performance
• Flexibility to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Certification in Driver Training or relevant field is a plus
