Driver cum Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities1. Driving & Delivery

• Safely drive company vehicle for daily routes.
• Load, unload, and deliver products to retail and wholesale customers.
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition and follow all traffic rules.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

2. Sales & Customer Interaction

• Visit existing and new customers to promote products.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Expand the customer network and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners.

3. Stock & Documentation

• Keep accurate records of stock movement, delivery slips, invoices, and collections.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the sales manager.
• Handle cash/UPI collections responsibly and deposit as instructed.

4. Product Knowledge & Promotion

• Understand product features, pricing, and offers.
• Educate customers about new products, schemes, and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock requirements, complaints, and returns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSLC/Plus Two (or as required).
• Valid driving licence for LMV/Commercial vehicle.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales or delivery (FMCG preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle physical work such as loading/unloading.
• Basic math and record-keeping ability.
