Job Summary:

The FMCG Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the distribution network for our portfolio of FMCG products within the assigned territory in Kollam. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of the FMCG market.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retailers.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
• Introduce new products and promotions to retailers.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Collect and report sales data and market trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from retailers.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Identify and develop new distribution channels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in FMCG sales (preferred, but motivated freshers may also be considered).
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Kollam.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
