Job Summary: The FMCG Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the distribution network for our portfolio of FMCG products within the assigned territory in Kollam. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of the FMCG market. Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retailers. Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising. Introduce new products and promotions to retailers. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback. Collect and report sales data and market trends. Ensure timely collection of payments from retailers. Address and resolve customer queries and complaints. Identify and develop new distribution channels. Qualifications: Proven experience in FMCG sales (preferred, but motivated freshers may also be considered). Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Kollam. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: Will be discussed based on experience and qualifications. Sales & Customer Interaction Visit existing and new customers to promote products. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets. Expand the customer network and develop new business opportunities.
