Job Summary: FURNiGENCE LLP, a leading company in cabinet engineering and woodworking solutions, is looking for a trustworthy and responsible Driver cum Office Boy to handle transportation needs and support daily office tasks at our Hosur office. Key Responsibilities: Driving Duties: Drive company vehicle for staff pick-up/drop, client visits, and material transport Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and servicing of the vehicle Maintain a daily travel log, fuel usage, and service records Follow all road safety regulations and traffic rules Assist in local errands such as banking, courier delivery, and vendor visits Office Support Duties: Assist with serving tea/coffee/snacks to staff and visitors Support in basic office maintenance and cleanliness Help in setting up meeting rooms and handling pantry items Perform small tasks like photocopying, scanning, and organizing office supplies Provide general assistance to office staff as required Requirements: Valid LMV driving license Minimum qualification: 10th pass 2+ years of experience in a similar role Familiarity with Hosur and nearby routes Well-mannered, punctual, and dependable Basic communication skills in Tamil; English is an added advantage Preferred: Experience in an office or corporate work environment Familiarity with basic office operations
