This job is for someone who can easily handle office work, manage computer and phone tasks, and confidently drive a car for work trips around Rajkot and nearby. The best person for this role will be trustworthy and efficient, helping to lighten the workload and keep things running smoothly every day. Key Responsibilities: Driving & Travel Support (60%): Personal Driver: Safely and efficiently driving a personal vehicle for business-related travel, including visits to factories, other offices, and meetings within Rajkot and nearby locations. Administrative & Digital Support (40%): Computer & Mobile Workload Offloading: Assisting with email management (drafting, organizing, responding as directed). Data entry, document preparation, and formatting using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Managing and organizing digital files and documents. Researching information online as required. Assisting with social media updates or content posting if required. Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries. Setting reminders and ensuring timely follow-ups. Communication: Drafting and sending professional communications (emails, messages). Assisting with internal and external communication as directed. General Office Support: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems. Running work-related errands as needed. Assisting with expense tracking and basic record-keeping.
