Driver Cum Office Assistant

Kent Construction is seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver Cum Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The role combines safe and efficient driving duties with office assistance responsibilities, ensuring smooth coordination between fieldwork and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles for official purposes, including staff and material transportation.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of documents, parcels, and office supplies.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and basic upkeep.
• Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, document handling, and administrative support.
• Coordinate with office staff for errands and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Support the team in organizing and managing office resources.
• Adhere to company safety policies and traffic regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proven driving experience, preferably in a corporate or construction-related environment.
• Basic knowledge of office administration and clerical work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Flexibility to handle both driving and office-related duties.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum SSLC/Plus Two or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
