Driver

1. Role OverviewThe Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional driving services for Autorout’s clients(dealerships, corporates, and individuals). Drivers will handle vehicle pick-up & drop, test drives, outstation trips, and other assigned duties while ensuring customer satisfaction, discipline, and compliance with company standards. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesSafely drive client/customer vehicles for pick-up & drop, delivery, and test drives. Ensure timely arrival and maintain professional etiquette with clients. Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, tire pressure, cleanliness) before and after each trip. Follow assigned routes, schedules, and SOPs from the Autorout app/operations team. Handle outstation duties when required, with proper rest and documentation. Maintain trip logs, fuel receipts, toll slips, and submit to the coordinator as required. Follow all traffic rules, road safety, and RTO compliance. Immediately report any accidents, damages, or incidents to the coordinator. Represent Autorout in a polite, disciplined, and trustworthy manner at all times. 3. Qualifications & RequirementsValid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License (minimum 2 years’ experience preferred). Age: 22–45 years (flexible as per skill & health). Minimum education: 8th pass (basic reading/writing skills required). Prior experience with dealerships, corporates, or chauffeur services preferred. Knowledge of local routes, GPS navigation, and traffic rules. Physically fit with good eyesight and alertness. Smartphone familiarity (to use Autorout App for bookings & trip logs). 4. Soft Skills & BehaviorPolite, respectful, and well-groomed appearance. Punctual and reliable. Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism. Trustworthy with handling client vehicles. Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and night shifts (extra pay as per policy). 5. Compensation & BenefitsSalary/Payout: As per shift/contract (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Outstation).
