Job Description:

• Safely transport company employees and guests to and from designated locations, such as offices, job sites, airports or client meetings, following assigned schedules and routes.
• Operate company vehicles (e.g., cars, vans, bike) in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and passenger logs as required.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort, assisting with boarding or luggage if needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, or employees for schedule changes, delays, or special requests.
• Load and unload employee/guests belongings or equipment securely when applicable.
• Keep vehicles clean, organized, and in good condition for professional transport.
• Adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service to employees during transit.
• May include transporting goods or materials alongside employee transport, depending on company needs.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, often a commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement for larger vehicles like shuttles or buses.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation systems.
• Strong time management and punctuality to meet employee transport schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees.
• Physical ability to assist with luggage or light equipment if required.
• May require background checks, drug tests, or specific certifications (e.g., defensive driving).
• Flexibility for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts, depending on employee schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
