Sales and Marketing

• Handle major OEMs & Project Customers.
• Preparation of Techno Commercial Offer against RFQ /Negotiation Price /GTC
• Customer Retention through regular visit.
• Developing new Clients.
• Follow up for payment & Offers Sent against Enquiry.
• Assess sales opportunities and focus on gaining market intelligence on competitors and their pricing levels
• Generate leads for possible sales and manage all follow up sales activity
• Undertake presentations to negotiate with prospective customers.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Order Processing

1. Involve in preparation of the technical offer and Supply Order Form And get Product codes
2. Prepare and combine invoices and other technical documents that are to be sent to the client

Integration :

1. Liaison with the project, design, quality and production department on a regular basis
2. Follow up with the dispatch department regarding specifications and removal of credit block in co -ordination with accounts dept and getting dispatch clearance form clients

Customer Orientation

1. Coordinate and maintain close cooperation with existing client base.
2. Arrange meeting between the premiums technical team and the clients technical team
3. Obtain the inspection schedule and accordingly arrange for the customer inspection
4. Undertake payment follow ups
5. Update knowledge on current market scenario
