To Check all the 2D drawing released by FEC to meets FUSO and global drawing standards
To coach and mentor FEC engineers to maintain Design quality
To conduct Training , Knowledge sharing with FEC designers
To co-ordinate and align with Fuso team to improve and update Drawing quality
To check 3D models for interference and clarence
To check DMU for Digital validation point of view i.e., envelop and linkage study of movable and vibrating parts
To check 3D models for manufacturability
To ensure BOM structure for assemblies (Parent and child with Qty and position in 3D )
To maintain tracker and follow-up with designers for required corrections
To identify and propose sustainable Automation solutions for error free design release
To maintain Vehicle DMUs for each variant and follow-up for correction
