Job Description

Job Summary:

Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Interpret architectural and engineering sketches and convert them into accurate plans.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
Revise drawings based on feedback or changes in design/specifications.
Maintain a library of drawings and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Support the team in the preparation of bill of quantities, material take-offs, and other project documentation.
