Draftsman

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings for Modular OT rooms, AHU rooms, scrub areas, SS equipment layouts, and wall/ceiling partitions.
• Develop civil, interior, structural, and service coordination drawings (MEP integration).
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Update drawings based on site conditions, design changes, and client requirements.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with NABH, infection-control norms, fire & safety codes, and hospital engineering standards.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and coordinate implementation.
• Maintain drawing documentation and revision logs.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 1–2+ years of drafting experience, preferably in hospital projects, Modular OT design, cleanrooms, or healthcare interiors.
• Strong proficiency in:
• AutoCAD (essential)
• Knowledge of civil engineering standards

Key Skills

• Excellent command of AutoCAD drafting and detail drawings.
• Understanding of Modular OT components: panels, laminar flow units, door automation, HVAC integration, pendants, and medical gas systems.
• Ability to coordinate across Civil–Mechanical–Electrical–HVAC teams.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
