Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Salem for a Draftsman. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating and revising technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs for architectural and construction projects. Key tasks include collaborating with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure precise drawings, adhering to project timelines, and maintaining consistent attention to detail aligned with design guidelines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
Strong technical drawing, detailing, and blueprint creation skills
Basic knowledge of building codes, space planning, and construction techniques
Solid ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
Bright communication and collaboration skills to work closely with architects and project teams
Organizational skills and attention to detail for creating accurate technical documents
Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience as a Draftsman within the architecture or construction industry is preferred
