Draftsman - On Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Interpret and incorporate design concepts, architectural details, and fit-out requirements into drawings.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings for interior fit-out projects, including furniture layouts, ceiling designs, flooring patterns, and joinery details.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and site engineers to finalize and modify drawings.
• Ensure drawings are in compliance with company standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Maintain updated and organized records of all project drawings and revisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to integrate specifications for materials, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Conduct site visits to measure, verify, and cross-check dimensions and project progress.
• Provide support for project presentations, including preparing visualizations and layouts for client approval.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies in consultation with the design and project management teams.
