About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our growing team at NC Infracon Pvt. Ltd.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and plans for a variety of construction and engineering projects. If you're proficient in AutoCAD and passionate about precision and design, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings and 2D/3D models using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Interpret architectural and engineering concepts, specifications, and calculations to prepare drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project updates.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing archives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and design protocols.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Draftsman (preferably in [your industry, e.g., civil/structural/mechanical]).
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with other CAD tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction or manufacturing drawings and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on Bridges.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Basic 3D modeling/rendering capabilities.
