Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman cum Site Engineer to assist in preparing technical drawings and overseeing on-site project execution. This dual-role position requires expertise in AutoCAD drafting along with hands-on experience in civil site management and coordination. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: 🖥️ Drafting Responsibilities: Prepare architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD and related software Create 2D/3D layouts, section details, and working drawings based on design inputs Update drawings as per site revisions and client/engineer feedback Maintain drawing registers and ensure version control Assist in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and design documentation 🏗️ Site Engineering Responsibilities: Supervise site activities to ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth execution Monitor daily site progress, report delays/issues, and ensure material availability Conduct quality checks and ensure safety compliance on site Maintain site records, daily reports, measurement books, and client updates
