Draftsman – Construction

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our growing design team and contribute to exciting upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, structural, and interior drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
• Create detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, and joinery details.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes or client feedback.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
• Prepare layout plans, plumbing, and electrical schematics as required.
• Support 3D visualization or presentation drawings (if skilled in SketchUp or Revit).
• Ensure all drawings meet company and regulatory standards.
• Work with project teams to provide on-site clarification when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / ITI in Civil, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Draftsman in a construction or architectural firm.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion is a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and building materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
