We are a reputed construction company committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. To strengthen our design team, we are seeking an experienced Designer who can bring creativity, precision, and practical solutions to our projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and layouts aligned with project requirements.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, 2D plans, and 3D visualizations.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Handle the full design process from concept to on-site execution.
• Ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in construction/architectural/interior design.
• Strong creative aptitude with the ability to conceptualize spaces that are functional and visually compelling.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering tools (e.g., Lumion).
• Excellent visualization, design development, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in reading, interpreting, and preparing technical drawings, BOQs, and detailed construction documentation.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines without compromising quality.
• A keen eye for detail with strong design and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
