You are a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Technical Consultant (.NET) joining a growing team in Pune. Your expertise in modern .NET technologies, particularly .NET Core 6.0, along with front-end proficiency and experience in building scalable microservices-based applications will be essential for the role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using .NET Core 6.0 and C#. - Architect and implement microservices-based solutions. - Develop and integrate front-end components using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Implement and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver robust solutions. - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues. - Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality using tools such as SonarCloud and Codacy. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. - Ensure secure coding practices and contribute to the overall security posture of applications. Must-Have / Non-Negotiable Skills: - 6-12 years of overall software development experience. - 5-8 years of hands-on development experience with .NET technologies, particularly .NET Core 6.0. - Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core 6.0, and MVC. - Solid understanding of Microservices architecture. - Proficiency in OOP principles and software design patterns. - Front-end skills including ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases. - Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP API development. - Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. - Experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization. - Exposure to code quality tools like SonarCloud, Codacy. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): - Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. - Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless tools like AWS Lambda. - Understanding of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Awareness of web application security best practices.,
