Job Title: Experienced .NET Developer Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated developer to join our GAITS application team within GRCT. This is a hands-on role for someone who can hit the ground running, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle—from design to deployment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using .NET and C# Work with both relational and non-relational databases including MSSQL and MongoDB Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Take end-to-end responsibility for delivering high-quality software Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement Ask questions, challenge assumptions, and bring a curious mindset to problem-solving Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with .NET and C# Proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in MSSQL and MongoDB Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for learning Preferred Qualifications Experience working in agile development environments Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Why Join Us?
