Dot Net Technical Lead

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance .NET applications
• Drive solution architecture, enforce best practices, mentor developers, and contribute hands-on to coding, DevSecOps pipelines, microservices implementation, and production support

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams and product owners to define solution architecture and technical design
• Ensure implementation aligns with proposed architecture and design standards
• Mentor and guide development teams, assist in problem-solving, and perform code reviews
• Improve software quality using cloud-native and Agile development practices, including automated CI/CD pipelines
• Assist QA teams with test automation and identify technical risks or pitfalls
• Align reusable libraries and shared components across projects with other architects
• Coordinate with infrastructure, enterprise, application, and security teams to set up CI/CD pipelines, application integration, and resolve deployment issues
• Participate in production support and incident resolution
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using .NET Core or newer versions and microservices architecture
• Implement distributed microservices principles, patterns, and best practices
• Ensure application performance, scalability, quality, and responsiveness
• Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, cloud-native frameworks, and industry trends

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 12 years of experience in application development, design, and business analysis
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, design patterns, and microservices principles
• Proven leadership experience leading and mentoring .NET development teams
• Expertise in:
• .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core
• Microservices architecture
• Angular 11+
• Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL
• Containers, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP (certification preferred)
• Working knowledge of security and compliance management processes on cloud platforms

Nice to Have

• 24 years of experience in Dealer Management Services (DMS) within the automobile industry
