Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced.NET SME with12-15 years of expertise to lead and architect complex solutions acrossweb and mobile platforms usingMicrosoft technologies . In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from design to deployment, including overseeingcode reviews , mentoring teams, and integratingAI into applications.Key Responsibilities:Lead and architect end-to-end development forweb andmobile applications using.NET ,C# ,ASP.NET ,React Native andAI technologies .Provide technical leadership on solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Manage and mentor a team of developers, performingcode reviews and guiding best practices.OverseeAI integration and ensure that the team stays on the cutting edge ofAI technologies (Machine Learning, NLP, etc.).Lead development processes withinAgile frameworks to deliver high-quality projects on time.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and business goals are achieved.
