Role Overview: As a skilled Software Developer with strong experience in ASP.NET Core and SQL, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable web applications. Your role will involve close collaboration with UK, Madrid, and Paris stakeholders in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You should be technically strong, self-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a second shift with flexibility based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into technical design and system solutions. - Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using .NET technologies. - Ensure on-time delivery with high-quality code adhering to coding standards. - Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: - Work closely with international business stakeholders from UK, Madrid, and Paris. - Demonstrate strong business-facing and customer interaction skills. - Communicate effectively across teams through clear written and verbal communication. Ownership & Continuous Improvement: - Work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities. - Continuously enhance technical and domain knowledge. - Maintain a high level of self-organization and accountability. Qualifications Required (Must-Have): - 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial software development. - Strong experience with ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL / PL-SQL. - Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, functions, stored procedures, designing DDL and DML statements. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, Web API, WCF, MVC. - Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodology. - Proficiency in GIT or similar version control tools. Good to Have (Added Advantage): - Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new JavaScript frameworks. - Experience working in distributed / global teams.
