We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 6 to 11 years of experience to join our team as a full-time, regular shift trainer. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the field and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs on Dot Net, Data Analytics, AWS & DevOps.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.

Design and implement effective training strategies to enhance participant engagement and retention.

Conduct workshops and seminars to share knowledge and expertise with participants.

Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure training programs remain relevant and current.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 months bond period required.

Mandatory skills include technical soundness and good communication skills.

Experience in teaching or training others is preferred.

Strong understanding of Dot Net, Data Analytics, AWS & DevOps concepts and principles.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
