Job Description

Role: .NET Technical Architect Location: Noida Experience Required: 12+ years Key Responsibilities: Architect and deliver mid to large-scale enterprise applications on the Microsoft platform. Recommend and participate in design, development, and maintenance of enterprise application architecture. Provide technical leadership to customers and internal teams. Share best practices and keep architecture updated with evolving technologies. Participate in internal and client-side technical discussions and forums. Guide and mentor team members on technical solutioning. Handle release preparation (deployments, CAB coordination, versioning). Lead and facilitate code reviews and peer programming sessions. Promote development practices like CI/CD, static code analysis, unit testing, and versioning. Drive measurable improvements in tools, platforms, and processes; provide training for the same. Foster a collaborative environment with shared ownership of responsibilities. Coordinate project resources across locations and time zones. Required Technical Skills: Core: Strong experience in .NET Framework (4.0/4.5+), C#, ASP.NET, MVC5 Sound knowledge of OOPs, Design Patterns, and software design principles Frontend: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, XML Architecture & Tools: Experience with Visual Studio (2010/2012+) Experience with web application architecture and delivery Knowledge of emerging tech: AngularJS, Node.js, Project Polymer, IoT (preferred) Databases: SQL Server 2008+ (Stored Procedures, Views, PL/SQL) Familiarity with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS Other Microsoft Technologies: WCF, WWF, WPF, LINQ, CRM (desirable) Development Tools & Practices: TFS, SVN or other source control systems CI/CD tools, NUnit, NCover, Cruise Control, FxCop Agile methodologies Scrum, Kanban UML, TDD/BDD, static code analysis Professional Traits: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work across geographies and manage distributed teams Strong communication and mentoring skills Proactive with a drive to learn and implement new technologies
