Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Architect to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in .NET architecture and 3+ years of hands-on Blazor experience, along with excellent communication skills to work with US-based clients. The role requires working from the office (night shift) and offers a challenging opportunity to lead architecture and development for enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust application architectures using .NET Core / .NET Framework
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and ensure best practices in coding and design
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Build front-end UI using Blazor, ensuring responsiveness and performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Perform code reviews and architectural reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years as .NET Architect and 8–11 years in .NET development
• 3+ years of experience in Blazor is a must
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework
• Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript basics
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to work night shifts (US time zone)
• Should be available to join immediately or within 1 day
• Male candidates preferred
• Must be comfortable with 100% work from office
