Role: .NET Technical Architect Location: Noida Experience Required: 12+ years Key Responsibilities: Architect and deliver mid to large-scale enterprise applications on the Microsoft platform. Recommend and participate in design, development, and maintenance of enterprise application architecture. Provide technical leadership to customers and internal teams. Share best practices and keep architecture updated with evolving technologies. Participate in internal and client-side technical discussions and forums. Guide and mentor team members on technical solutioning. Handle release preparation (deployments, CAB coordination, versioning). Lead and facilitate code reviews and peer programming sessions. Position: Senior Lead Developer (COBOL) Experience : 7-10 years SHIFT : 5 PM - 2 AM IST ( Candidates should be willing to work in this shift ) Work location : Remote / Bangalore Technology : COBOL, Ability to read COBOL/write COBOL code, and write a more efficient replacement in C# when required.
