Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented DOS/ADOS (Domestic Market) to drive business growth and strengthen Antara’s footprint within India.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury hospitality or travel trade sales, with a strong understanding of domestic market trends and client expectations.
What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For
Market Expansion:* Develop and execute sales plans targeting domestic travel partners, OTAs, and corporate clients.* Identify and onboard new business partners across Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 cities.
Client Relationship Management: * Build and nurture relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.* Ensure a superior client experience through consistent engagement and follow-ups.
Revenue Growth:* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.* Leverage data and insights to optimize business development efforts.
Representation & Promotion:* Represent Antara Cruises at trade fairs, roadshows, and networking events.* Act as a brand ambassador to promote Antara’s domestic cruise experiences.
Collaboration: * Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align offers, campaigns, and itineraries with market demand.
Qualifications:
* Graduate degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within luxury travel, cruises, or hospitality.* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel across India.
