Door to Door Sales Person

As a Sales Representative for a telecommunication and internet services company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Cold Calling: You will be required to go door to door to create leads and sell products and services to new residential areas. - Sales Focus: Your main focus will be on sales, ensuring you meet targets set by the company. - Customer Assistance: You will need to explain processes and information clearly to customers and assist them with any issues they may have. - Data Collection: It is important to capture all customer details accurately during sign up. - Communication: You will be responsible for communicating terms and conditions changes and services clearly to customers after sign up. - Product Knowledge: You will inform customers about internet products and services offered by the company. - CRM Usage: Working with the software (CRM) to ensure all customer queries and details are captured for quality assurance purposes. - Record Keeping: You are required to record all interactions, houses knocked on daily, and sales made. In addition to your responsibilities, the following qualifications and requirements are necessary for this role: - Availability: You must be available to work on weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday. - Travel: Travelling is a requirement for this role, as you will be working in different regions on weekends as needed. - Regions Covered: You will be working in Auckland and out of Auckland, covering Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Northland, Hawkes Bay, and Gisborne regions. - Company Support: Transport and accommodation will be provided by the company, along with a company iPad. - Communication Skills: You should be a confident and friendly communicator with good communication skills. - Attitude: A positive "can do" attitude is essential, along with being pet friendly and not afraid of dogs. - Experience: While sales experience would be an advantage, it is not essential as full training will be provided. - Education: A compulsory secondary education is required. - Physical Fitness: Being physically fit is important for this role.
