Domestic Recruiter

You will be responsible for managing high-volume hiring, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and salary negotiations.
• Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports/MIS.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience:

  Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in domestic recruitment (IT/BPO/Non-IT hiring preferred).

• Education:

  Any Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., B.Tech, MBA-HR preferred).

• Skills Required:

• Proven track record of closing positions in volume hiring.
• Excellent communication skills (English + Telugu mandatory; Hindi is a plus).
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.

• Location Preference:

  Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Nellore (limited relocation support available).

  Work from Office mandatory.
