In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the company's needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities : Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job boards & LinkedIn) and networking • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates • Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process • Promote our employer brand online and offline Requirements for the role: • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter • Proven experience in C2H or Contract staffing (Mandatory) • Experience as an Individual Contributor or Team Lead • Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, Teams) • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong decision-making skills • Graduation is mandatory Note: Looking Domestic IT Recruiters with C2h Experience
