Job Description: Domestic Business Development Manager (BDM) - New Client Acquisition Company: IMR Soft India Pvt Ltd Location: Hyderabad, Raidurgam Industry: Recruitment (IT & Non-IT Staffing) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in new client acquisition and impanelment within the recruitment sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients (both IT and Non-IT), establishing partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients (IT & Non-IT) for recruitment services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers). Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Impanelment & Partnerships: Get IMR Soft empaneled with corporates, MNCs, SMEs, and startups. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients. Business Growth & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by bringing in new clients. Upsell additional recruitment services (contract staffing, RPO, bulk hiring). Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients. Ensure high client satisfaction to drive repeat business. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands. Provide insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 6+ years in business development/client acquisition in the recruitment/ staffing industry. Proven track record of acquiring new clients and impaneling with corporates. Strong network of HR/Talent Acquisition contacts in IT & Non-IT sectors. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and recruitment trends. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IT recruitment, bulk hiring, or RPO is a plus. Existing database of client SPOCs (HR, TA Heads, Hiring Managers).
