Description
As a Domain Trainee/Management Trainee in the AML/KYC department at Genpact, your role will involve developing and implementing lean shared services projects for customer/partner onboarding and ensuring ongoing compliance related to Know Your Customer (KYC), economic sanctions, and anti-corruption. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing customer verification, documenting and resolving exceptions, and ensuring timely resolution - Conducting due diligence of documents based on business, entity, and product matrix, including non-documentary verification - Conducting enhanced due diligence checks on higher risk accounts - Utilizing 3rd party solutions for risk issue identification - Analyzing relationships and business activities to address AML and reputational risk concerns - Ongoing monitoring, reviewing, and escalating issues when necessary - Providing insights to business and compliance leadership on identified risk issues - Supporting business metrics reporting, internal testing, and audit requirements - Completing other tasks assigned by Manager or applicable leadership Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and resolution skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including management and retail partners - Detail-oriented with a strong process focus and diligent execution capability Preferred qualifications: - Previous experience and expertise in Know Your Customer & AML and other compliance programs - Knowledge of due diligence tools such as Lexis-Nexis, Bridger World-Check - Understanding of AML/CTF and sanctions - Familiarity with banking/capital markets products, processes, and platforms Please note that the primary location for this role is in India-Gurugram, and it is a full-time position.
