Our PD Operations team is part of the global People & Human Resources function. This team is passionate about providing excellent support to our PD function including coordinating review committees for various practices and office locations. You will perform a range of operational duties in support of PD Operations processes. In this role, specific responsibilities range from application of judgement and problem-solving skills to drive process delivery, supporting management and analysis of people data, and contributing to team projects and process improvement initiatives. Another key aspect includes apprenticing the Administrators on the team, helping build their knowledge and skills to support reviews.
