Job Description

Role & responsibilities He / She is responsible to; Design, develop content for Skill Building Process Develop SOPs, Manuals for DOJO, Skill Building Process Drive the skill assessment, skill matrix monitoring and ensure skill index improvement YoY. Coach and develop Master Trainers and ensure quality OJT Process across the shop floor. Conduct the benchmark visits and keep the process, technology, tools at par with industry standards. Administratively lead the team of master trainers and maintain DOJO Centre Preferred candidate profile Candidate who has excellent understanding of Tyre Manufacturing Process and high level of understanding in Tyre Building and Extrusion Process. Candidate with educational qualification of B.Tech / B.E Mechanical, Production, Rubber Technology etc. Excellent understanding of MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and awareness of latest tools of presentation + Preparation of Training Aids. Language Proficiency - English, Tamil, Hindi Candidate who is retired from leading tyre manufacturing companies can apply for this role.
