As a Documentation Specialist, your role involves preparing and maintaining accurate and compliant export documentation. This includes invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and customs declarations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements. Additionally, maintaining organized records of compliance-related documents and KYC documents is crucial. Your key responsibilities include: - Preparing and maintaining accurate and compliant export documentation - Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements - Maintaining organized records of compliance-related documents and KYC documents - Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing - Communicating with suppliers, shipping agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth documentation flow - Tracking shipment status and providing updates to internal and external stakeholders - Addressing any issues or delays related to documentation and customs clearance Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation export in the shipping industry - Proficiency in Hindi and English In addition to the key responsibilities, you will be working full-time on a permanent or contractual/temporary basis.
