Documentation Export

As a Documentation Specialist in the shipping industry, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and maintain accurate and compliant export documentation. This includes creating invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and customs declarations. You will ensure that all documentation meets international trade regulations and customs requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining organized records of compliance-related documents and KYC documents. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments such as operations, finance, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments. Effective communication with suppliers, shipping agents, and other relevant parties is essential to facilitate the smooth flow of documentation. You will also be required to track the status of shipments and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. As a problem solver, you will address any issues or delays related to documentation and customs clearance. This requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure seamless operations. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for permanent employment or a contractual/temporary arrangement lasting 12 months. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with rotational shifts. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, along with at least 1 year of experience in documentation export in the shipping industry and proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
