Key Responsibilities

Prepare,review,andverify shippingdocuments (Billsof Lading,Packing Lists,Invoices,Shipping
Instructions, Certificates of Origin)
Ensurecompliancewithinternational andlocal shipping,customs, and exportregulations
Submit andfollowuponShippingInstructionsandBLdraftswithcarriersandcustomers
Coordinatewithfreightforwarders, shippinglines,customsbrokers,andinternaldepartmentsfor
shipment execution
Trackand manage shipments, update stakeholders, and resolve documentation issues
HandleBLamendments,releaseofHBL/MBL,andrespondtoagentandcustomerqueriesrelated
to documentation
Maintainaccurate recordsof all documentation and transactions in ERP systems
Supportauditsandensureproperfilingandarchivingofdocuments
Coordinate last-minute container pickups and monitor customer outstanding payments.

Required Skills Attributes

Strong knowledge of export/import documentation and freight forwarding processes
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and coordinations kills.
Proficiency in ERP and documentation software.
Ability to work under pressure and during extended hours in peak seasons.
Team player with strong organizational
